Estas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.quesoyarandanos.com\/tag\/magdalenas\/\">magdalenas<\/a> esponjosas con pepitas de chocolate ser\u00e1n v\u00edctimas de una sola tarde en casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredientes para 12 magdalenas:<\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>250g de harina<\/li>\n<li>150 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>125 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 sobre de levadura<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato s\u00f3dico<\/li>\n<li>2 pizcas de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>150 ml de leche<\/li>\n<li>Un par de gotitas de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Pepitas de chocolate*<\/li>\n<li>12 c\u00e1psulas de papel y molde para magdalenas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derretimos la mantequilla en el microondas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Necesitaremos dos cuencos, y al menos uno de ellos debe ser grande. En\u00a0uno\u00a0mezclamos la harina, la levadura, la sal y el bicarbonato, y en el grande, con ayuda de una batidora de varillas, el huevo, el az\u00facar, la leche, la vainilla y la mantequilla derretida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Juntamos\u00a0ambas mezclas en la del cuenco grande, seguimos batiendo con las varillas, y a\u00f1adimos las pepitas de chocolate. Tapamos el cuenco con film y dejamos reposar la masa en el frigo durante unos 30 minutos.
