Para aportarle jugosidad a la salsa, podemos pasar los tallarines de la olla a la sart\u00e9n con la cuchara para pasta directamente, sin usar colador, y as\u00ed mantendr\u00e1n\u00a0parte del agua de la cocci\u00f3n.
