Las espinacas son de las verduras m\u00e1s completas que hay, pero destaco que aportan vitaminas A, B y C y antioxidantes necesarios para la piel. Junto con el kiwi, rico en vitamina C, y la pera y la manzana, ambas diur\u00e9ticas, constituyen una bebida equilibrada ideal para cuidarnos.
